For the reasons i wrote this book, is to analyze and identified some important point, comparatives of laws and the proper balancing of easier understanding the similarities of judicial system between Indian and Nigerian judicial system, the jurisdiction, relationship and benefits particularly in some common law countries like Nigeria, India, Sudan, Angola, England, Zimbabwe etc.
