At KD Publications we offer best in class service for online purchases of eBooks and PDFs.
Typically, we will email the eBook or PDF to the listed email within 24 hours. In rare cases, this might be delayed: but you can expect the delivery within 2-4 days, at max.

Please email us at admin@kdpublications.in with following information:

• screenshot of successful payment
• title of book purchased your email
• your phone number
• quantity purchased
• purchase date and time

NO REFUNDS
Please note: Due to online delivery, once the eBook or PDF is delivered via email, it cannot be returned nor exchanged. There will be no refunds under any circumstamces.
