Its great pleasure to me to bring out this Book entitled by – TEXT BOOK OF – “BIOINSTRUMENTATION AND METHODS IN BIOLOGY”. This book is written according to the syllabus of M.Sc. FY. Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. This book will be very useful to the students studying at graduation level in various universities. Present book includes study of
Microscopic and Staining Techniques, Chromatographic and Sterilization Techniques, Spectroscopic and Radioactive Techniques and Electrophoretic and Centrifugation Techniques. I have tried to present all the things in a simple manner. Hopefully this book will be the best choice for students as well as teachers.

I have worked out sincerely for this book but nobody is perfect hence there may be same short comings which will be modified in the next version of book.
